WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As the Warranty Representative, you will evaluate and processes warranty claims, and also support dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. You will have the support of more senior team members in addressing highly unusual situations which require further review and reconciliation.

In this position, you will be trusted to:
Provide customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
Review warranty claims.
Resolve most non-standard warranty items independently.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requires a working knowledge of products and parts.
Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes.
Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
