Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions to customers in more than 70 countries. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain, Columbus and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, merchandise display cases and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Kysor/Warren and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.

Job Description

Under minimal supervision, develops, executes and manages the digital marketing strategy. Implements digital promotions and materials that generate revenue and quality leads, while building brands awareness and thought leader positioning.

Duties of the Digital Marketing Lead:

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and SEM.

  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

  • Managing external agencies.

  • Managing online brand and product campaigns, including strong messaging, to raise brand awareness.

  • Managing the redesign of the company website.

  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.

  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.

  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.​

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and digital production.

  • Proven experience developing and managing effective digital campaigns, including researching digital marketing opportunities through external media outlets and with channel partners.

  • Experience managing agencies through website/server upgrades, social media initiatives, SEO/SEM and content writing.

  • Experience with a marketing automation platform, such as HubSpot or Marketo.

  • Strong to excellent knowledge of website maintenance, HTML5, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (including Dreamweave) and database management .

  • Experience in website development and responsive web design.

  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.

  • SEO/SEM management.

  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites and social media applications.

  • Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

  • Requires a diverse skillset of strategic, creative, and analytical thinking.

  • Experience working in industrial B2B.

  • Experience developing collateral, preferred.

  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
