Job Description

  • Provides broad leadership in proposing, developing and implementing marketing programs and communications materials to assist in driving business objectives.

  • Develops, analyzes and manages marketing communication related budgets and expenses.

  • Selects and manages relationships with outside vendors including advertising agencies and trade show companies.

  • Develops and executes an integrated marketing plan and calendar, inclusive of digital, retail, sales support, and trade show marketing through advertising, promotions and public relations initiatives.

  • Acts as guardian of brand as well as key developer of all external and internal marketing assets, including promotional and advertising elements as well as traditional marketing collateral.

  • Champions customer experience through all external customer touch points.

  • Develops, recommends and execute marketing strategies through in depth understanding of customer segments and channels with a clear vision of success.

  • Develops new and optimizes current marketing programs through research as well as ongoing tracking, measuring analysis and recommendation refinement.

  • Creates presentations and content for executive level and customer presentations.

  • Works with product management team to help craft strong selling messages and refine overall product and brand messaging.

  • Lead planner and coordinator for Sales Meeting and Trade Show events.


  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education an experience. A degree in communications, marketing or advertising is preferred.

  • Requires at least 8 years related experience. Previous work experience in a business to business (B2B) environment is preferred.

  • Requires experience and ability in developing key metrics for program development as well as ongoing measurement and analysis of results for development of future recommendations.

  • Strong business acumen and expertise in marketing strategy and the best practices of marketing communications design.

  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
