Executive Assistant to President and COO, Lennox Residential; also supports other Richardson based executive members of the Residential Leadership team (RELT) including:
VP Product Management
Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda
Uses deep experience and knowledge of Excel to complete critical department reports
Uses advanced knowledge of Powerpoint to assemble and edit powerpoint decks for executive-level presentations maintaining version control
Greets callers professionally handle incoming calls, mail and calendar requests
Researches and obtains information for reports and special assignments
Composes memos, transcribes notes, researches and assists in the creation of presentations
Schedules and provides logistical support for meetings with Lennox employees, vendors and guests
Backs up other department Executive Assistants
Responds to inquiries and follows up with other departments to ensure requests are carried out
Complete ad-hoc requests, as requested
Coordinates activities across departments and assists with departmental projects
May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
Consistently pays attention to details in work product
Provides timely and punctual support for President and leadership staff
Manages multiple calendars
Prepares and processes expense reports
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 10 years related experience.
Assignments generally involve work of a confidential nature and require knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and function as part of a team.
Able to work with all levels of management.
Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner. Must be able to prioritize work, work on multiple tasks and maintain organization of trips/meetings.
Must be self-directed in order to maintain office when managers are out.
Excellent telephone and customer etiquette skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
