Job Description

Assists in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Provides support to the HR Business Partners and business leaders regarding compensation matters. Conducts research, analyzes data and prepares recommendations using compensation techniques, methods and practices.

  • Manages the employee recognition programs and provides support with global compensation programs such as salary planning and incentives.

  • Analyzes information on the company's competitive position, determines internal pay and updates the company’s salary ranges and pay structure.

  • Manages all of the administrative activities regarding the company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Acts as an internal compensation consultant to global HR Business Partners by reviewing proposed salary adjustments through the analysis of internal and external equity, as well as established guidelines and practices. Recommends appropriate actions.

  • Participates in a variety of global compensation surveys and is responsible for managing the upkeep and administration of the global market pricing tool.

  • Analyzes new or revised job duties and/or classifications, prepares job descriptions, as well as managing the upkeep and integrity of the job description database.

  • Participates and contributes in global compensation projects.

  • Evaluates current compensation processes and procedures in order to make recommendations for improved accuracy and efficiency.


Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience. Experience with global compensation administration a plus. MBA or CCP certification a plus.

Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required. Possess logical thought processes and deductive reasoning ability in order to analyze data and create meaningful recommendations. Project management, consulting and influencing experience a plus. Solid Microsoft Excel skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint. Aptitude and comfort with systems upkeep and development. Access database skills a plus.
