WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a District Sales Manager, you will drive team achievement to meet team sales goals within a defined geographic area. As the primary level sales manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the field sales organization.
You will be trusted to:
Develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.
Review and approve or reject sales agreements based on factors such as profitability.
May have direct selling responsibility in key accounts.
Coach and mentor sales representatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 8 years related experience.
Must have an understanding of the business impact of sales contracts and selling expenses.
Ability to manage the work of team members to optimize performance.
Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
Substantial industry and product knowledge.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
