Lennox National Account Services (NAS) , wholly owned by Lennox International, a 120+ year old company and a world leader in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. Job Description

General Summary:

Monitors day-to-day strategic accounts for key customers while working with internal operations and external vendors to ensure expectations and timelines are met. Maintains favorable relationships with key stakeholders for all work related to Commissioning/EOCs, Warranty and Canada and relies on extensive experience and judgment to identify areas of need.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Monitors open orders to ensure completeness in a prompt manner.

• Responds to e-mail inquiries and phone calls to ensure optimum service is provided.

• Ensures proper pricing and provides proposal on new services.

• Meets or exceed department goals and objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are favorable.

• Supports and manages daily activities of the department.

• Monitors ongoing issues and assess needs of our customers providing alternative solutions.

• Coordinates, schedules and monitors timelines closely as defined.

• Continuously looks to improves partnerships and relationships in areas most needed.

• Provides support to lower level staff on non-standard case issues to resolution.

• Provides daily, weekly, monthly reports to customers as needed.

• Successfully balances the needs of our customers while meeting company’s financial objectives

• Top and bottom line accountability for department

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Requires at least 5 years Customer Service experience

• HVAC knowledge, strongly preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills

• Requires expert abilities in building and fostering relationships, listening, persuading, and negotiating

• Broad knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

• Full understanding of organization, company products and services

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
