Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the Leadership team

  • Assist CTO and team with presentations and written communications

  • Create PowerPoint decks and spreadsheets

  • Assemble and analyze information, prepares reports, agendas, and correspondence

  • Assist with technology set up for meetings, conferences, and other virtual interactions

  • Document meeting minutes and manage action items

  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and travel & expense reports for Engineering leaders

  • Coordinate travel related logistics/support for LITC (Chennai, India) and LASEC (Shanghai, China) based employees when they travel to the US

  • Schedule, arrange and participate in internal meetings

  • Coordinate PD&R tour requests/schedules

  • Provide office setups for new employees (phone, laptop, supplies, etc.)

  • Work closely with the lab facility manager and IT support personnel to ensure all the audio-visual and conference room equipment is in order

  • Manage office equipment


  • Prior experience as an executive administrative professional

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications

  • Demonstrated ability to produce executive level documents in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or on teams and to prioritize, coordinate, multitask, and complete simultaneous projects with deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • High school diploma
