This consultant develops and delivers training courses for technical employees in the installation, maintenance and repair of Refrigeration products. The person in this position also troubleshoots technical inquiries.
Identify customer needs.
Assist in investigating and resolving technical inquiries.
Brazing Specialist with extensive experience brazing copper, brass, & steel components
Conduct Braze Training – Includes classroom instruction and hands on training
Ability to read drawings and fabricate parts according to specifications
Evaluate brazer performance through process audits
Analyze data and distribute brazer reports each week
Field repair, diagnostic and troubleshooting experience on various types of HVAC & Refrigeration equipment
Evaluate brazing stations to ensure equipment and supplies used produce quality products
Innovative and process improvement focused to implement meaningful corrective actions that reduce warranty claims
Conduct 5S and Safety audits of brazing stations
Ability to complete an 8D Corrective Action Response
Maintain documentation within the Quality Management System
Knowledge of IT systems and ERP
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer two year college degree, HVAC/R degree, or equivalent. Requires at least 1-2 years related technical experience.
Knowledge of assigned products and the application of diagnostic techniques and service aids. Knowledge and ability to apply learning theories to classroom situations. Developed presentation skills using a variety of technologies (PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Individual must have some sales ability along with a track record of fostering solid customer relationships. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficient in leading WebEx meetings.
